Well, welcome. There's really nothing much to do here what with all of two people. But stay a while, and I guess you get to see what happens if nothing else. With the recent "Götterdämmerung" I've sort of got little to do with my free time but try to build this place up.

Internet drama of the most extreme sort on another board, most recently. But moreover, a falling out with pretty much every one of my acquaintances online and off. ... Apparently I'm not a very nice person. I never was, and it didn't stop anyone from developing a fondness for me in the first place, though. Maybe I just got even meaner.

But anyway, I'm very much a no-lifer now, and a pariah among people who are already quite the pariahs for being BBS addicts with few or no real-world friends. Thus, I'm rather out of things to do but see what I can make of my own board.

Well if you manage to come up with a new name for this site that someone might actually search, without typing random letters out of boredom,then this place could become a nice little corner of the infinite interverse

That's problem #1, though. I can hardly remember names, much less think of good ones. The name of this site is a relic from before it was thrice-destroyed-and-remade, back when I was infinitely more egomaniacal than I am now. (I'm still an egomaniac, just less of one.)

As far as I can figure, pitting my poor, dead little site against Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Omegle et al., and about 2,370,000,000 (I actually checked.) results would be just as useless for getting people to pop in from searching as its current name. If that's not the case, though, I suppose I could give it a shot.

You should also, ya know, promote this site on other forums. People might decide they like this place if you can get a small community to grow.

I assure you, I know all the theory I need to about cobbling together a community. The problem is putting it into practice. I'm hard-pressed to find any place that's (A) active, and (B) not full to the brim with idiots and completely devoid of anyone I'd welcome here. But I'm certainly looking, and if you have suggestions for a place to kidnap draw members from, by all means, say 'em.
