| In the hopes that there is still someone around, might as well do something that most everyone has: cellular telephones. Discuss the good, the bad, etc. Might as well start with me. I picked one of these up at a goodwill store for $16 with a USB charging cable. Nice old phone, but about 7 years old. She runs Wifi. Can't really complain much about that. Windows Mobile 5, 1.3 MP camera, Bluetooth, etc. Just use it for the Wifi. |

| I picked my cellphone because laser was in its name. That's pretty much how I roll. |

| This is what is known as a 'BlackBerry' or...BlackBerry 9015 3G. I don't know why it was called a BlackBerry. It doesn't look, feel and sure as hell taste like one. Anyway, it was destined for the bin until a new notification saying that an update on the OS was available and now...it's actually okay. I picked this up second hand for £25 and the RRP should have been £130. I think I got a good deal there. |

My cell phone model: My case for it:
It's a nice phone, but it's been getting steadily glitchier and glitchier. These things are not made to last, sadly. |

HTCs are hit or miss. They have plenty of units that work like Jesus, then have plenty of units that act like rebellious teenagers. |

| I don't see a point in hacking it. I can already do all I want with it. |

He's saying when it gets really bad, install the custom kernel. |

| The kernel is free, it's not really hacking it but patching the kernel to gain performance boosts and battery life. If I had an android phone that's what I would install on it. |

I say hacking, because on paper, that's pretty much what it is. Taking the stock kernel, and replacing it with a custom one. It's like modifying a car, just legally. |
